A DMC’s expertise is local. Their role is invisible to the end traveler. mTrip is built for exactly this model: the DMC operates the platform, builds the program, and coordinates ground logistics — while travelers experience only the client’s brand throughout.
Unlike a tour operator or travel agency, a DMC doesn’t sell directly to travelers. They are the strategic partner contracted to deliver the on-the-ground program. mTrip gives them the tools to do that at scale: automating document-heavy workflows, distributing destination content and program logistics to travelers in real time, and managing concurrent groups from a single dashboard.
The platform is used by destination management companies across 35+ countries and manages over 4 million trips per year. Travelers receive their program via the client’s branded iOS and Android app, a white-label web portal, or a PDF — and access the DMC’s own destination content, offline maps, and ground logistics without needing an internet connection at the destination.
