Feature Enhancements: Users BETA & Message Center BETA

Two new upgrades have just landed in your CMS, bringing fresh improvements to both traveler management and communication.

Users Page (BETA)
You’ll now find a Users BETA option in the Users section of your CMS menu. This updated page introduces a cleaner, more intuitive layout and several highly requested improvements, including:
=> Advanced search and filtering by role, destination, trip dates, account, email, or name
=> Ability to manually add new travelers
=> Excel upload to bulk add travelers using our template

These additions aim to make traveler management faster, smoother, and more flexible.

Message Center (BETA)
There’s also a refreshed Message Center BETA now available. This improved workspace makes it easier than ever to communicate with your travelers. You can now:
=> Target messages by location, trip dates, or multiple recipients
=> Send communications via push notification, email, or SMS (if enabled)
=> Attach webpages or link directly to the mobile app to boost engagement

Both features will remain in BETA for the coming weeks as we refine the experience, after which they’ll transition to become the new standard versions in your CMS.
