AI Import Wizard
The AI Import Wizard helps you speed up itinerary creation.
‼️ Depending on the content you import, you may need to adjust the dates of the imported items.
Use cases
Add a hotel, train, flight, or other booking confirmation
• If it’s a PDF, Word, or Excel file, upload or drag and drop it.
• If it’s an email, copy the full email and paste it into the text area.
Add hotels, activities, cruises, and more by copying from webpages
• Copy the relevant content from the webpage page (Viator, Expedia TAAP, Booking.com, GetYourGuide, etc.) and paste it into the AI Wizard.
Add reservation details from any source
• Copy confirmation emails, booking pages, or reservation details and paste them directly into the AI Wizard.
Add hotel reservations
• Paste confirmation details from Booking.com, Expedia, or any other provider.
Add flight confirmations
• Copy flight details from airline confirmation emails or airline webpages.
Import a list of travelers
• Upload a PDF, Word, or Excel file, or paste the list directly.
Import a cruise itinerary
• Paste cruise day-by-day details from the provider webpage or confirmation document.
Import an entire itinerary
• Upload or paste a full itinerary document to bring all segments into your trip.
Tips
=> The wizard reads text but cannot extract information from images (image-based PDFs or screenshots are not supported). Make sure your PDF file is text-based and not a scanned image.
=> The result depends on the quality of the imported data. Well-formatted content leads to the best results!
=> You can upload or drag and drop a PDF, Word, or Excel file.

=> Very large files may take longer to process.
Troubleshooting
If your import does not work as expected, here are some common reasons and how to address them.
Large Files
If a file is very large, the import may fail or take longer to process.
=> Try splitting the file into smaller sections and importing them separately.
PDFs That Contain Images
The AI Import Wizard cannot extract information from images. This includes:
. PDFs that contain images instead of selectable text
. Screenshots or scanned documents
If your PDF is image-based, you will need to manually add the information after import.
PDFs Based on an Image
If the content is placed on top of a background image or is part of a scanned page, the Wizard may not be able to read it.
=> Use a text-based document whenever possible.
Unstructured Documents
If content is scattered, inconsistently formatted, or does not follow clear fields, the Wizard may have difficulty reading it.
For best results, documents should have:

. Standard formatting
. Consistent structure
