Can I use an excel file to create a trip?

YES –

You can use the excel document we provide, to import trip information (flights, hotels, etc.)

• Go to the “Trips” tab and click on “Create a New Trip”
• Click on the “+” button at the bottom right-hand corner
• Download the excel documents from the “Import” section
• Make sure to fill in ALL the fields that are not optional, and to correctly format the dates and airport IATA codes
• Once you have filled in the template, go back to the “Import” section and click Import
