Users & Message Center: Beta to Standard (May 4)

On May 4th, the latest versions of the Users and Message Center pages, previously available as beta, will become the standard in your CMS. As part of this update, the original (legacy) pages will be retired.

These pages have been available as beta versions on your platform over the past few months, tested by clients, and are now ready for full release!

WHAT’S CHANGED?

Users Page
The new Users page offers a more streamlined experience with improved tools to manage travelers:
. Advanced search and filtering by role, destination, trip dates, account, email, or name
. Ability to manually add new travelers
. Excel upload to bulk add travelers using a standardized template

Message Center
The updated Message Center makes it easier to send targeted, effective communications:
. Target messages by location, trip dates, or specific recipients
. Send via push notification, email, or SMS (if enabled)
. Attach webpages or link directly to content in the mobile app
