Can I suggest optional activities to users?

Yes – 

When creating or editing an existing activity for a specific trip you can activate the “This is optional and can be used for booking” feature. This can be found in the “Options” section. 

Once activated, the traveler will see an “Optional” bar on top of that activity. There is also the option of adding a booking URL, if the activity is not included.
