Enhanced customer service with in-app messaging
mTrip has launched a new in-app messaging feature allowing customers to easily ask questions or send comments about their trip to their travel agency. For travel agencies, it provides a great opportunity to offer upgrades or additional services. It does not require any additional setup or implementation.
Attach various documents in PDF, Word, Excel, text or pictures to a trip: Vouchers, Coupons, Invoice, Etc. Available offline within the mobile app.
Flight Alerts & Online check-in
24 hours before his flight departure, your client gets a notification on his phone inviting him to do his flight check-in directly within the app. He will also receive real time notifications when a change occur on a flight like flight delays or cancellation, gate changes, baggage claim, etc.
We have improved and extended the way you can generate additional revenue by offering various ancillaries within the mobile app: tours, activities, tickets, car rentals, travel insurance, hotel bookings, etc.
Push notifications & text messages
As engaging with your client is vital for customer satisfaction and loyalty, we have launched a message gateway which let you send push notifications, emails and text messages directly on your clients device. You can send important information before their trip but also retarget clients with special offers.
Travel dashboard & Itinerary PDF
This mobile app update also comes with a revisited online travel dashboard giving all the necessary information to the clients directly on their desktop browser letting them print their itinerary, download in PDF format and download the offline mobile app for iOS and Android. The dashboard also include the travelers trip journals which are shared on social networks.
Offline Maps & Navigation
The mobile app now integrates a new vector map technology which display amazing fluid maps 100% OFFLINE. It also decreases the size of the app on the device. On top of the foot and subway directions, the app now also offers car directions.

Import from GDS
This new update also includes on the agency side the ability to import and create automatically a mobile application based on a PNR (Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport Galileo). Creating an app has never been so easy and fast!
Adding the convenience of mobile hotel check-ins simplifies the check-in process and personalizes the client’s stay, bypassing lines at the front desk and receiving alerts when their room is ready.
