Six months after launching their mTrip powered app, one of our largest clients (who wishes to keep its identity confidential) sent a satisfaction survey to their customers in order to evaluate the added value of their travel app. 419 respondents filled in the questionnaire in March 2016 and our client accepted we share some results with the world!
