Five months after releasing a new mobile solution for tour operators, travel agencies and OTA, mTrip has pushed it’s first major update. The update includes the ability to add activities to itineraries, download itineraries as PDFs and a new API to make things even easier giving tour operators even more incentive to adopt this solution.
Already established in the travel industry, mTrip’s white label solution allows OTA, tour operators and travel agencies to provide an offline mobile app to their clients under their brand.
The API allows tour operators and travel agencies to easily connect their in-house management system with mTrip’s, to automatically send customized travel apps to their clients without any additional work to be done.
In addition to to the already rich itinerary choices, organized group tours and MICE operators can now add ‘Activities’ such as tours, meals, shows and events to trip itineraries.
PDF Downloads & Online Dashboard
Travelers can now login on their travel operator’s website and view all of their trip details online. They will be able to consult their flight information, daily itinerary, print or download a PDF of their trip and of course download their mobile app.
