How do I send a message to a traveler?

There are a few ways to send a message to a traveler:

Message Center: Click on the “Message Center” tab, choose whether you want to send a message to certain travelers or to all the members of a specific trip, enter the message and click “Next” and then “Confirm”.

Contextual Notifications: This feature allows you to automatically send personalized notifications to your travelers at each stage of their journey. You can set it up in the “Contextual Notifications” section in the account settings section of your CMS.

API: You can use the API to send push notifications to travelers for marketing, support or information purposes. To activate this and receive more details, please contact [email protected].

Please note, flight alert notifications are already sent automatically.
