Can I use the app to send a message to my clients?

In addition to emails, you can also send push notifications or text messages to your clients.

  • In the CMS, click on Message Center in the top menu.
  • Choose whether you want to send a message to certain travelers, or to all the members of a specific trip.
  • You can either send a push notification (travelers will receive it when they are connected to the internet) or a text message (fee may apply depending on the telecom operator).
