Agency Credits Q&A

Here are some commonly asked questions related to the agency credit system (only applicable to Trip Agent platform):

Where can I see how many credits I have left?
To see how many credits you have left go to the “Reports” section of your platform and select “Credit Usage” from the dropdown menu. You will then be able to see your current credit balance.

How can I purchase more credits?
There are two options:

  1. If you are missing credits and need to purchase more when publishing a trip, a message will pop-up where you can purchase them by credit card or PayPal.
  2. In the “Reports” section of your portal, you can select “Credit Usage” from the dropdown menu.  On the “Credit Usage” page, there’s a “Buy Credits” button.

When is the credit used?
A credit represents a traveler in a trip. Once you publish a trip, a credit will be used per traveler (ex. If you have a group of 13 pax, it would cost 13 credits).
