M. Wells
You may recognize the Chef behind this masterpiece breakfast diner, M. Wells. Chef Hugue Dufour was formerly behind Au Pied De Cochon, an institution among Montreal carnivores. He then went on to open his contemporary spin on the classic diner with all your favorites. Given that he was behind the line at Au Pied De Cochon, one of the most carnivorous restaurants, Dufour uses it as inspiration to shake things up on local NYC fare. This place is still a hidden gem among all the NYC noise so get yourself there while it’s still quiet and undiscovered. Opens for breakfast 7am Monday to Friday.
