Berlin’s Neues Museum re-opened its doors to the public only recently after almost 70 years of being abandoned.
After a drastic $270 re-build, Neues is elaborately restored, housing the Egyptian Museum and Papyrus Collections as well as the Museum of Prehistory/Early History and the Collection of Classical Antiquities.
Some other points of interest at the museum include the silver treasures from third millennium, BC and barbed wire from the Berlin Wall.
